Excellent alternative divebar 500m walk from the apartment. They have great beer, good prices and also serve very decent food, small selection that changes every month. Good for both lunch, dinner or a beer at night. Gets very crowded after 22 from wednesday to saturday. Good ambiance.

Old time danish bar (or bodega as we call them) with a history of about 100 years. My brother is a bartender here, and I'm sure he will pour you a drink on me, if you come around. It's like a time machine, most of the clientele during the early hours are regulars of 20-40 years at the place, at night the young take over - but even those are regulars. Take note: It's a smoking bar.

The Kings Garden is an excellent spot to lie on the grass and enjoy a bottle of cold white wine. It hosts concerts and events during summer and also houses Rosenborg Castle which is worth a visit if you're feeling royal.
