Arts & Culture
The church in Klaksvík is beautiful! It is known for it's architecture inspired by the viking halls. It has a boat hanging under the ceiling. The boat has been used to transport the priest around the islands, before we had all these beautiful roads and tunnels.
The alter painting is beautiful and showws the parable about the Great Banquet.
If you visit the church make sure to visit the basement, it has a series calles "Jesus from Nazareth" and is made by a local artist, Edward Fuglø.

Getting Around
Take the ferry to Kalsoy and visit the famous Selkie in Mikladalur or hike from Trøllanes out to Kallurin.
The ferry carries cars, and it's cheap. A car with two people costs 200kr for the roundtrip.
It's not possible to reserve spots on the ferry, so stand in line 20 minutes before departure.
