Lovely castle with extensive grounds, gardens etc. The gatehouse is presented as historic but the castle is presented as it was last lived in, c1960.

Beautiful English country gardens, set out in 'rooms' outside. Cafe. However my tip is go to The Garden Eatery at Bloomsbury’s down the road for brunch first. This is a lovely setting and less frantic than the cafe at Sissinghurst Castle
