City advice

Don't miss

Most fun places and eateries are within walking distance.

Rincón is a safe city to visit but do use common sense as you would anywhere when out and about. Most drivers will stop for pedestrians but do use caution. There is a local Tourism Office located near the surfer’s statute. Ocean pests are rare in these waters. When in rocky areas, however, be alert for sea urchins because stepping on one can be a painful experience. For surfers and nightlife be sure to visit the beaches, restaurants and bars on the famous Highway 413, aka the Road to Happiness!
