Local fishing town with plenty of restaurants where you can eat fresh fish caught that day by the fishing boats which line the river. Gets very busy in the Summer, especially the beach but has a lovely ‘holiday’ atmosphere and perfect for an evening stroll, all types of food venues and a great place to people watch.

Sand and pebble beach with plenty of rock pools at low tide. Much quieter than the better known beaches and great for a pub lunch looking out to sea.

Across the river from the town of Looe Hannafore is in West Looe and has a more laid back, quieter vibe. There is a beach, great cafe, hotel and a flat walk along the front. You can join the coastal footpath and walk to Talland Bay (approx 3-4miles, not flat!!!)
