This is one of our favorite places. Just twenty minutes from the hostel. You can swim, kayak, paddleboard, hike, or fish. The hike around the lake is easy but still stunning. The waters are almost always calm and perfect for SUP.

You can't come this close to the RMNP and not visit! Keep in mind they are currently requiring reservations to enter, so plan your trip in advance! The advantage is that you'll never have this much of the park to yourself during summer!
