Great castle! We’re lucky to have such a wonderful location so close. Fantastic tour round the castle as well as gardens and woodland walks. During the summer they also host outdoor activities for the kids.

Getting around
Plenty of buses and a local train station - Ruabon.
Buses run roughly every 20min during the week. Check online for weekend times. Good service. Also check out the Barmouth bus if you fancy a trip to the seaside.
