Getting around
You will definitely need a vehicle of some sort!
Whether it is to get to our home or to get around to nearby ameneties and attractions, you will need a road safe vehicle. ATV's and snowmachines (snowmobiles) are great ways to travel right from the front door.
All of your boats and water toys can be launched just a mile or two miles away depending on your launching preference.

Full Kitchen Available!
If you are on a budget, one of the best pieces of travel advice I have is to buy groceries and meal prep for the stay. It will save time and money!
What to pack
Winter in Alaska!
Please make sure to pack extra warm clothes and snow boots and coat if you can. Winter in Alaska can be below freezing. Keep this in mind Late October to Mid March.

Lake Time in The Summer
Don't forget your lake toys and swimsuits May through August! If you are in need of life vests for any size, please let us know prior to your arrival and we can have them available!
Travelling with kids
Our home is not "CHILD/BABY PROOF"
We love to have families stay with us but we do not have child protective locks and such on the cupboards and there is a bunk bed. Please be sure to be vigilant with your children to keep them save during your stay!

In most of the country you have snowmobiles. In Alaska they are called snow MACHINES or sometimes just sleds.
