Daniel Boulud decamped to the Berkshires when Covid hit NYC and opened Cafe Boulud at Blantyre. He's a Michelin-starred chef so not surprisingly the food is remarkable. And with a prix fixe three course options, you will have a remarkable meal in a beautiful mansion without breaking the bank.

We think the sushi here is the best in the area and they have many good Korean specialties as well. Kind and generous owners--a good value.

In the pandemic the owners of Lantern had to close their other spot in Lenox, Nudel. We think Nudel is the best restaurant in the Berkshires. Lantern's food is more casual but also really good and since Nudel's closed they are doing even more experimenting.

A remarkable museum in a sprawling complex of restored mill buildings, MASS MoCA is a must-see. If you don't know anything about Sol LeWitt (or if you love him) take a tour of the LeWitt building if you can. Also, even if you don't have kids make sure to visit Kidspace--they have fantastic exhibitions for all ages.

The Clark has a remarkable collection of international masterpieces and the building and grounds designed by Tadao Ando are masterpieces in their own right. Fantastic hiking trails behind the museum too. This is definitely a must-visit.
