Hiking

Nice one hour hike to a look-out from near the top of one of our most recognizable mountain features. In the winter - take the trail to the right - near the top there will be a fork -the path to the right goes to the look-out. Go back down the same way you came up in the winter as the north side of the loop is often icy. Amazing views, nature, possible wildlife.

Sightseeing

One of our most beautiful areas. Great hiking from the Peavine Trail parking area (google that) or just park within Watson Lake Park if you want to sight see without hiking. Spectacular scenery. Kayak rentals in summer.
