NTB uses Surfcast parking app
rates are $5hr $25 day or $250 year
parking is free before 9am and after 5pm
Surf City uses Pivot Parking rates are costs $3 an hour or $20 for the day; season passes are available for $250.
Topsail Beach at the southern end of the island is still Free Parking.
There are Onslow County Lots at North Topsail that are free Parking Lots.
