Best Italian in St. Augustine (and possibly all of Florida). You will not be disappointed. We highly recommend the spaghetti and meatballs and penne ala vodka.

City advice

What to pack

Bring comfortable walking shoes for walking around downtown.

Downtown Saint Augustine is best viewed by walking our historic streets, but there are tour trolleys and trains available as well.
What to pack

Beach Umbrellas

Please bring your own beach umbrella if needed. Guests can also purchase one for cheap at Dollar General just up the street on A1A. We do provide beach chairs in all of our condos.
Ways to save

Parking in Downtown Saint Augustine

Monday through Saturday, city-marked meters and pay stations are free before 8:00 am and after 5:00 pm. All street parking is free on Sundays. There are various paid parking lots throughout the downtown area. The main public parking garage is located at 1 Cordova St, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
Getting around

Getting Around Saint Augustine

Our area is quite spread out so guests will need their own vehicle as relying on taxis/Ubers/Lyfts could get expensive very quickly. Our building allows one parking space per condo. There is a parking pass inside the condo guests will need to place on their dashboard during their stay.
