This is a historic site and is only a ten minute drive from the Crow’s Nest. It’s a flat 1km hike to the trestle, but once there you can hike down to the river. Great spot to cool off in the summer!

Amazing soups and sandwiches. There’s usually a line so calling ahead to place your order is recommended.

Beautiful views of the lake, amazing food and the best cocktails around! I little bit on the higher end for price, but so worth it. Recommend the chicken sandwich!

Set on the edge of their vineyard, great views and food. Also recommend the wine tasting room. My favourite vineyard in the Cowichan Valley and it’s just down the road!
