Booking essential. Can be booked through Facebook. Personal favourite of mine. Fireplace is lit in the winter with seating alongside or for views over the harbour ask for a table upstairs. They offer tea, coffee and cakes all day or meals from lunchtime onwards.

Sightseeing

Ruins of Birsay Earl's Palace are worth a look and from where you can look over to the Brough of Birsay. Cross the walkway at low tide and from April to August see the puffins on the Brough.
