We are very proud of our bird life in the area. Fowlmere Bird Reserve is tranquil and full of birdlife. Lovely for a stroll along its pathways and sneak peaks at the birds from their customised bird watching stations.

A must see for all air travel or military enthusiasts. There is even a concord in one of the hangars! The air museum has regular air shows during the year. Even the Red Arrows fly over our garden sometimes.

Cambridge is a beautiful city with a world famous university that was founded more than 800 years ago. The city hosts many historic buildings, museums and excellent restaurants. Punting is a popular activity during the warmer months but there are also the usual city guided tours by bus or on foot that can be booked through the Tourist Information Office. The trains to Cambridge from Foxton run once every hour and twice per hour in rush hour times. The journey is less than 15 minutes long. You can leave your car on the drive at The Milliner's and simply take the train to Cambridge free to spend the whole day without the hassle of parking in the city.
