You can get the bus at Boscombe Crescent, left of the traffic lights opposite Koh Thai Tappas. Bus number 1 goes all the way to Poole. Bus 1a and 1b will take you to Bournemouth. All of the busses mentioned will also take you to Christchurch in the opposite direction.
