You can take a train from the local train station a few minutes walk from the house (Stapleton Road station) and will take a few minutes to Montpelier station that is then a few minutes walk to Stokes Croft

Clifton Village has lots of boutiques and quirky indie shops, and nice cafes. Clifton Down is a big green space. There is also Clifton Suspension Bridge above the Avon Gorge. A pub called The White Lion is great for the views of the bridge and river! You can get to Clifton on a local train a few minutes walk the house (Stapleton Road station) and takes a few minutes to Clifton Down station
