Located halfway between our site and Chapel Hill on highway 54 (about 15 minutes), this local farm grows their own ingredients for their beers. They also usually have a food truck on site. Lots of outdoor seating and games. Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a Farmers Market on Saturdays from 10 am - 2 pm. Check out their food truck schedule on their website.

Very small and quaint and the old cotton mill was converted into a handful restaurants and shops and makes up the majority of the town. There is an island park that has a nice 1 mile loop a few blocks from downtown and also you can rent kayaks or canoes at Haw River Canoe and Kayak.
