Tico Wind has offered their Windsurfing services for DECADES, so if you want to learn wind or kite surfing, this is the place. Notice they advertise to be OPEN from December to April. However, the lake access itself is there all year round. Very nice for bird watching, nature walking, sun bathing (when available).

Locally run private hiking park with 5 waterfalls. The 4th one is the best to jump in, sun bathe, snack...it is off-the-beaten path, rustic, and worth seeing. Steep hike!
