This is where the Queen lives if you want to see it. Possibly worth a look at it's blandness. Looks more suited to a telephone exchange than a place for queens and kings, etc.

You see an empire proclaiming it's knowledge too the world when you first witness this building. In a few moments such grandeur seems quite silly, embarrassing even. Glory and conquer show. Lovely.

Everything Else

A place curiously famous for having big, illuminated advertisments. Of more interest is the Eros sculture across the road and how the mixed colours of the lights make it dance in a neon sky.

Leicester Sq used to be beautiful with a big old iron fence. The local council made it rubbish. Still worth a wander to see 1000's of other people wandering. Cinemas, casino's, clubs.

Rupert St runs down into Chinatown, London's resiliant Chinese community with restaurants, markets and shops to turn normal people into dolls. Massage shops, good eating and fun. I walk there daily.
