Food Scene

Good buzzing atmosphere in this family run, light and friendly pizzeria. Having made my way through the pizza menu, I can also tell you that the pasta is fantastic too!

This grand centrally located hotel not only has a fantastic food (2 menus; one for bar food and then the restaurant), it also boasts a swanky cocktail bar and central courtyard patio where the hours can drift away.

With live music on most Saturday nights, the Kings Arms in the centre of town is a popular meeting point for the over 30s. Friendly atmosphere and a good selection of draughts.

Swanky new bar that turns back into a coffee shop in the morning. Good selection of wines. You can find a DJ there until around 2300.

I'm proud to be a short walk away from our own local vineyard. There's a sneaky cut-through at the end of the cul-de-sac, so don't hesitate to ask for directions when arriving. Welsh wine is definitely worth a try and the local cheese platter is the perfect accompaniment.
