City advice

Customs and culture

Due to Covid-19. Masks are required in public spaces in VT.

Masks are required on sidewalks, parking lots, parks, businesses, and restaurants in the Town and Village of Woodstock.
Getting around

Watch the speed traps!

Watch the 25mph Speed Limits in Woodstock and surrounding Bridgewater and Plymouth. Big revenue source. Try not to contribute!
Travelling with kids

Restrooms

Walking through the village and taking in the sights? If a restroom is needed, there are facilities at the Visitors booth on Mechanic's Street behind The Creamery, a handful with easy access in the Woodstock Inn (1. Main entrance, turn left at the fireplace, past the front desk, Red Rooster, and stairs, bathrooms down the hall towards the spa. 2. Turn right at the fireplace and head to Richardson's Tavern, take a right at the restaurant entrance. 3. South Street lower entrance, through game room to the left, just before stairs on the left)
