Its our favourite gastro pub in the Stroud valleys. Great indoors or outside with lovely views of Slad Valley if the sun is shining. It was Laurie Lee's local too. Make sure you book ahead!

Amberley is a beautiful little village with even more stunning views out to the Severn Estuary and on a fine day you can see right over to Wales, the Breacon Beacons and the Black Mountains! Tie this in with a walk around Rodborough or Minchinhampton Commons.
