You are not a true Floridian until you have tubed down the beautiful Ichetucknee Springs River. Don't forget to visit the two springs at the head of the river. Stop and rent your tubes along the way and they will deliver them to the springs for you. Be prepared to spend at least half a day here.

My personal favorite sandwich is the Cuban. My husband likes the seafood baskets. We have never had a bad meal here.
