Food Scene
Columbus has a great and growing food scene. These are our favorites nearby.
Friendly local hangout known for their Columbus style pizza. (Yes, Columbus has their own style of pizza-thin sweet crust, cut into squares)

Venezuelan fresh food, good beer list, we love their cilantro sauce. This is probably our favorite place to eat, period.

Another Columbus original. You won't believe what they can do with a hot dog.

I've never had their cocktails, but I hear they are good. Coffee is good (from a local coffee house Crimson Cup) and I wish I could figure out how the get their black bean burger to taste like that, it's amazing. It's our breakfast go-to, everything we've tried is very tasty, ...or better.

Neighborhoods
Having the most expensive real estate per sq' in the city, the quaint small houses and gardens make for a relaxing stroll while you wait for table at a busy restaurant (like Schmitt's, Barcelona, Lindy's and more). The Book Loft is a must while you're there, as well as Schiller Park, Stauf's coffee, and the Greater Columbus Antique Mall.
