Very well done renovation of an old inn in the mountains, interesting food, and beautiful location for events.

Customs & culture
have some patience
There is something to be said for country living. it does eventually allow one to slow down a bit and breath the Fresh air. Please consider residents of the local mountain society, and the difference with those that leave in or near a major city, such as nyc.
