It is only a ten minute drive from my location and they are expanding like crazy. 20 plus new restaurants, a ton of new stores - great location. Includes the Arc Light Theater, Seasons 52 (a favorite restaurant of mine), and a wide selection of stores.

Sightseeing
There is a great cave to the Cove that you access through a little shop there - goes down under the shop 100 steps for a breathtaking view of the ocean. You can walk out onto the pier in the ocean, visit the seals and stunning views.
