Coventry Cathedral is well worth a visit, but alongside it you will find the ruins of the earlier Cathedral that was bombed during the blitz WWII. You can still climb the tower and enjoy some great views of the city. Within 100 yards of these two sites you can find the ruins of the earlier Cathedral which was only found more recently when the New Buildings were being built.
