A beautiful beach that is not windy! it is great to walk from 1st to fourth beach- early morning is best before the crowds arrive. The water is chilly, but great for walking and sunbathing. why not then have a quick breakfast or brunch in Camp's Bay

Another great boat trip to Seal Island. The trip costs R75 and is about 40-45mins. Go in the morning for the best photography!

For spectacular panoramic views, this is a must. Steep paths take you up to spectacular viewing points and the lighthouse. For those who do not like climbing, the Flying Dutchman funicular will take you to the top for an additional cost. The entrance fee is R145. It is best to pay cash as it is difficult to process credit cards as reception is problematic.

This is well worth a visit and is close to UCT.

The trip to Seal Island is well worth it. it is a 45 minute round trip. Best to go in the morning for best lighting for photography. The Nauticat is the largest of the boats that do this cruise and being a catamaran, it means that it is also the most stable.

The historic manor house is worth a visit. One can have lunch at Jonkershuis Restaurant or Simons Restaurant. All offer wine tasting and spectacular views of the mountains, vineyards and valley.
