A beautiful beach that is not windy! it is great to walk from 1st to fourth beach- early morning is best before the crowds arrive. The water is chilly, but great for walking and sunbathing. why not then have a quick breakfast or brunch in Camp's Bay

For those who do not like climbing, the Flying Dutchman funicular will take you to the top for an additional cost. The entrance fee is R145. It is best to pay cash as it is difficult to process credit cards as reception is problematic.

The museum was originally her home and contains artefacts from Zanzibar and the Congo. The unusual home and collections from Africa reflect her themes and colourful paintings. This is well worth a visit and is close to UCT.
