Beautiful Tudor homes, lush gardens. Especially beautiful in the springtime with cherry blossom trees in bloom. Great outdoor shopping and eateries on Austin Street. Summertime music festivals at Forest Hills Stadium. Connected to the LIRR, this would be a great stop before heading to Montauk or any other destinations connected to the LIRR. The LIRR also takes you to Manhattan in 15 short minutes. Walking distance: 20 mins Car distance: 5-7 minutes Train distance: 2 stops
