My favourite bar in the area. Nice drinks, great atmosphere, good prices, and great burgers! (And pretty cool music played usually by a really old DJ.)

Amazing large national park about 45 minutes from Paris by train. Nice routes (e.g. from Bois-le-Roi to Fontainebleau; I can give you the map) routes for a day-hike. Also famous for rock climbing!

Sightseeing

I think it's nicer than the Eiffel tower! Iconic location with great views (of even the Eiffel tower). There's also much fewer people... I recommend going at night to see the lights of the city!

One of the most stunning spots in Paris for the views. Climb to the top (300 stairs) for the best views in Paris! (Avoid the restaurants in the areas: the business model is to relieve foreigners of their money with mediocre-at-best food.)
