Mount Washington Alpine is an all year round local favorite activity hub. In the winter the mountain boosts record snow falls of all North America ski resorts. The mountain offers downhill skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, nordic skiing and tubing. In the summer there is downhill mountain biking, scenic chair rides, mini golf and hiking in the paradise meadows.

Seal Bay park is located only 10 kms away and has some of the best rain forest trails on this side of Vancouver Island. The beautiful forests trails are easy to walk and are laden with large fir trees covering with likens. Following the trails towards the ocean you will end up on the rock covered beaches with a view of the Georgia Strait framed with the Olympic mountain range.
