Open almost all the time. Good food, nice large outside patio. Nice craft cocktails. Best green chili cheeseburger in the county. Great for lunch or dinner.

Used to be Stellina's Restaurant. Same layout, somewhat different vibe the last year or so. Not many meat options. Great if you are vegetarian. Decent food. Often a long wait to get in on weekends and busy season, but they'll let you have a drink on the sidewalk.

Always open for three meals a day...which is very unusual in Marfa. Depends on who is working if the service is good or not. Great chicken fried steak. Usually busy on weekends.

Cool place. I like this spot, but I have to be honest...not the best service or food. Staff is ever-changing. Great place to hang out for a beer and appetizers. Sit outside in the courtyard by that cool fountain and you'll forget all about the mediocre service.
