Duncan Ray is the only resident chef who will be serving you for your dinner and his approach is all about the attention to detail. Duncan prepares just a small amount of covers/ dinners on a given evening – perhaps only for 20 people. So this type of dining experience is all about the quality, it is about being in the hands of a very capable chef and it will undoubtedly be an experience to savour.

The menu is updated regularly offering fresh inspiration and seasonality, and also offers bar snacks and delicious cocktails! With over 60 gins behind the bar the choice seems endless, they even offer boards which comes with 3 measures of gin, 3 tonics, 3 botanicals and 3 nibbles to compliment the gins.
