Although this area has many great restaurants, both family owned and all the chains, we'd like to share with you our stomping grounds! Our favorite breakfast spot has no link, so I'll give you their name here: the Downtown Diner!
This is what it means to be small town Maine. Owned by a local family for the past 20 years, a dad, mom and their 6 children ,who not only cook, but also entertain in the Lounge, both with the Family House band on Saturday nights and Karaoke on Fridays. If you go on Friday, we may see you there!!!
