For me, the most beautiful square in the city. It is the only place in closer city center where you can see the real brutalist architecture from Yugoslavia. Also the parliament is there.

Beautiful park which is located in the city center, next to National gallery and Museum of modern art. The Tivoli is the great place to visit if you are coming with kids or dogs, and of course if you just need to take a quiet walk around park.
Rožnik is a nice wooded hill accessible by several footpaths and recreational trails from Ljubljana's Tivoli.

Plečnik is the most famous architect from Slovenia. He designed a lot of famous buildings and bridges in the city. In the city center he designed the National library, central food market, three bridges and a lot of other buildings around the city.
