This is a sandy coved beach, very safe for young children. You have to walk to this beach from the car park at the top of the lane or alternatively the beach can be found along the coastal path between Fowey and the Gribbin head. Unfortunately, there are no facilities but this should not put you off as the walk is well worth the trip. There is a sand bar when the tide is out.
