I love living in Westerville! This area is progressive and had two stops on the underground railroad. Everyone here is friendly and laid back, and all parking is free with "park and walk" lots. Uptown is adorable and the coffee is fantastic. Lots of pet-owners in the area

The best hair cuts, hands down; they're also inexpensive. This place has so much character. It is small - only 3 chairs, but you can usually get in the same day if you call or book on yelp.

What? You were going to ask anyway. As long as you have a Medical Marijuana card, you will be able to get in. Terrasana is modern and is overwhelmed with security guards who will walk you to your car, should you so desire.

What to pack
Bring layers and expect rain at any time
Columbus gets very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. The general rule is, "if it's pouring rain in Columbus, wait 15 minutes"

OSU fans are serious
OSU fans are loyal to their team. I don't really understand it, but then again I'm not into sports. If you tell someone you're a fan of Michigan, prepare for an earful. And to probably be set on fire.

Don't speed - you WILL get pulled over
Speed traps (aka cops who idle in their cars around corners) are everywhere. Don't bother speeding - they need to reach their quota. Because... money?

Columbus has a lot of roundabouts - they're not scary, I promise. Just stay to the right. Google it.
