What I am recommending here are low price and good eats within a 10 minute car drive radius or so.
America does Vietnamese noodles better than its motherland in Asia. This is something I must eat when ever I am in the states. Roughly around $13 a meal.

You are not going to get the best sushi here, but quality is decent and the price is even better. My usual go to is the Alaskan roll (salmon) and Unagi roll (eel). Roughly about $5 per roll of 8 pieces. There are many more options than sushi, and generally under $10 per meal.

This is a very hip place with trendy ingredients. Basically you can make your own pizza under $10.00 all the arugula, pesto sauce, garlic, etc. you want. I like the thin crust and I keep coming back here every so often.

Another quality joint at a low price. Their breakfast menu can be filling as low as $3 dollars. Say hi to Ms. Lori for me, one of the waitresses that works there. Their lunch menu is also low price with good quality food.

A Korean owned Japanese restaurant that also have Korean dishes offered. I do come here for the bibimbab (beef veggie mix rice) or their nyeng myun (cold noodles), oh wait, I love their Japanese zaru noodles as well. Meals an cost around $12 or up depending what you order.

This restaurant, I never frequented at all. Usually the allure of cheap food at Costco or MOD pizza draws me there instead. However, I have seen that this place is generally busy, and I may try it for once finally one day. I expect this place to be better than 5 guys burger. If anyone of you try it, let me know.

Located on 5 miles west of property, the joint is owned by gringos whom actually does a VERY good job providing delicious Mexican fares. Now what does an Asian know about Mexican cooking? Actually this Asian lived in Mexico for a good period of time and knows and went to more places in Mexico than he did in the States.
