What used to be the old Alnwick Railway station but now a world famous second hand book shop. A great space to sit and read and to have a coffee, or lunch in the waiting room cafe. Excellent space that is well worth a visit.

Lived in by the Duke of Northumberland and used in two Harry Potter movies, lots of activities for families or enjoy the visit in this splendid castle, open Easter to end of October. Couple this with a visit to Alnwick Gardens (March to January) and save on the ticket price.

Visit the gardens and don't forget to book your free tour around the Poison Gardens, walk through the cherry tree orchard , visit the walled garden, bamboo laberynth and generally have a great day.

Take a boat from Seahouses to either sail around the islands puffin, shag, guillimot, seal and perhaps even dolphin spotting.
Enjoy the best fish and chips around at Neptune in Seahouses too!
