Great place for fried catfish walleye and other country food. Bring your appetite, the portions are big! Right down the road from Mammoth Spring State Park so it would probably be a good idea to pair up the two in one drive.

Sightseeing

Main Street is the main road through the historic 'downtown' section of Hardy. This place has changed little since the turn of the century railroad expansion days when Hardy was founded. It offers stores with great selection in antiques, local art, and is also home to 4 of the local restaurants. The 4 restaurants are: Leaves and Beans Cafe, Corner Booth, Crosseyed Catfish, and Spring River Eatery.

A really cool state park just across the Missouri state line. It is the area where a massive underground cave collapsed, leaving behind some really cool looking canyons. Be ready to hike!

Come see one of the largest natural springs in country. This is the source of the famous Spring River that flows hundreds of miles through Arkansas. The park around the spring has nice walking paths around the spring and its spillway/
