Located within walking distance from the Ferry, shops, bars/restaurants and local attractions. This home has a reverse floor plan to take advantage of the wonderful water views. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the 1st and the living/cooking/dining open concept space is on the 2nd floor. THE SPACE The bedrooms are light and bright with water views. The recently renovated bathroom has a Carrara marble vanity and Travertine tile shower. White-washed, wood panel porcelain tile throughout gives the home a “beachy” feel. The kitchen has granite counters, sub-zero wood panel refrigerator, and Bosch appliances. The gas fireplace with glass tile and marble surround is a nice added touch to the living space. There is a private patio for outdoor entertaining, cooking, and eating. The common area deck leads right to the Provincetown Harbor beach. GUEST ACCESS This listing is for the ENTIRE COTTAGE & PRIVATE PATIO. The Patio has lounging and dining furniture and a propane gas grill. There are no shared spaces within the Cottage or the Patio. Guests also have access to a large deck that leads to the beach! This deck is a common area shared by the two units in the building next door.
