The best Italian (and one of the best restaurants) in Saratoga! It’s rather small and they can fill up with reservations, but they do save spots to eat at the bar. We highly recommend it!

Hattie’s is a Saratoga staple that has been around since 1938. It’s known for it’s fried chicken, and at breakfast time the fried chicken and waffles (or substitute a pancake!). If you’re at the horse track, there is a Hattie’s chicken shack where you can get a taste of this place as well!

If you end up kayaking, get some pizza at Harvest & Hearth afterwards. It’s only open for dinner, but it’s delicious and has a nice view of Fish Creek.

Our favorite restaurant, and a place where lots of locals go, is Brook Tavern. We celebrate birthdays there, and pop in for happy hours. It’s right across from the track, so it can get a little busy, but still is usually less crowded than downtown restaurants during the summer. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

A unique experience that exists in our city during the summer months, on Friday and Sunday evenings. You can buy seats or go on the picnic side and bring lawn chairs and coolers.
