The Harbor is a very pretty place and definitely worth a visit , the marina like it’s called in Tunisia, it’s full of yachts , some smart cafe's, bars, restaurants and dancing fountains in the main square, not sure on the time when they get switched on, a lot of tourist shops around the square opposite the marina entrance,
you could use the little train that runs from the corniche or promenade in Sousse, or a taxi with the meter on, both cheap,
