Located across the apartment, Bella Storia serves amazing Italian food! They don’t deliver but they do serve take-away at reduced prices. Skip the pizza here however and stick to the pasta. You won’t regret it.

Located in the middle of the Jordaan, they serve the best pizza of Amsterdam. They don’t deliver and the place is always crowded so you cannot even reserve a table. Just take your bike and go, maybe you will have to wait a little while at the bar, but the pizza afterwards is worth it!

Parks & Nature
Westergasterrein (or Westergasfabriek) is the name of the area located at the edge of Westerpark only a 100 meters from the apartment. It is a mix of several cafés, restaurants and other places which have taken up shop in a former gas plant. Just take a walk across the terrain and you will see why it’s so popular. Of course, if you’re there, don’t forget the take a walk through the Westerpark at the same time. I’ll highlight three of my favourite places at the terrain below.
