As the oldest capital in the United States Santa Fe has so much history and an air of classical Spain. Take time to hit all of the highlights like Canyon Road & the plaza. But do not miss the hidden gardens off the main streets. Keep your eyes out for small entrances that expand into large patios with upper balconies where one can lean on a rail and savor the view. Also not to be missed is the twisting road that makes its way to Santa Fe ski area as you climb several thousand feet to a beautiful valley filled with Aspen and spruce and a babbling brook.
