Getting Around

Caribe shuttle convenient, reasonable prices, quality service Tica bus--Great cheap way to get from San Juan to San Jose CR, or to Liberia...or reverse. Takes you through the border crossing, and can go all way to airport..non stop airconditioned, bathroom on board. I think you can purchase tickets on line. We just got our tickets for $29from rivas (pick up across street from maxi-pali) to Liberia airport.
