I am talking about my own thing here - the best and most authentic Chinese restaurant I go to here. They are far more authentic better than the NYC Chinatown ones. Ala Shanghai in Latham, wow, juicy juicy flowing soup buns, green scallion pancakes...the Hu's on the Central Ave. Rain on the Lark Street and the Shining Rainbow on the Central Ave, our local best Hongkong style restaurants...the Sparx Fine Chinese, all inclusive but authentic in Clifton Park...these are the very best almost the same as what I can get home .... no restaurant in the NYC or Seattle is any better than these ones here in Albany area. Check on Yelp to find out... Latest addition to the local Japanese All You Can Eat, excellent and fair priced, is Wasabi at 195 Wolf Road, Albany. I searched in Seattle, and they have nothing like it or Sushi X on Route 9 ...
