Our neighborhood is special because it is located minutes to everything! Valpo Univ and uptown Valpo is 2 mins away. Downtown is only 5 mins! We are walking distance to great parks. There are 4 churches within walking distance. And if you need a Target run...only 2 mins!! Can't beat it. Our neighborhood is family friendly, quiet, and easy to navigate.

We have a pack-n-play, children's books, games, puzzles, and a sand play area outside. Great parks within walking distance. Safe, family-friendly neighborhood, and bikes with helmets in the garage.
