Margie’s also has excellent Pasalubong pastries. Their specialties are Hopia Sebuyas Dahon, Biscocho, Ugoy-Ugoy, and Piaya. Everything is so good though, you really can’t go wrong with any of their products

Paul’s Inasal is a rising star among the Bacolod’s chicken inasal restaurants. We love their juicy, freshly grilled chicken & spareribs, their mouthwatering soups, and their delicious buko halo-halo. It’s Manokan Country flavors in a super clean and pristine, family friendly space!

There are countless excellent chicken inasal places in Bacolod, it’s impossible to say which one is the best….but in our personal opinion, and if you’re willing to look past the imperfect conditions of Manokan Country, then…Aida’s Chicken is the best.

It’s tucked away in a quiet, breezy corner of the city. Not only will you be able to learn and practice some sign language there, but it’s the best place for a light lunch or merienda meal… and the best place to buy fresh herbs and leafy greens like arugula and lettuce too!
